Refer a single client and receive a 5% commission on their first three months of service. Perfect for one-time referrals from realtors, contractors, or neighbors.
Requirements:
- Refer one qualified client who enrolls
- No minimum commitment
- One-time referral credit applies
- Paid after client completes 30-day service
Ideal for: Realtors, neighbors, contractors, vacation rental managers making a single referral.
Steward Partner
Ongoing monthly
Actively refer clients to Signature Steward and receive 10% of each client's monthly plan as a recurring commission for as long as they remain enrolled.
Requirements:
- Refer 2+ enrolled clients
- Maintain active partner status
- Commission paid monthly
- Track referrals via unique partner code
Ideal for: Real estate agents, property managers, insurance agents, vacation rental co-hosts actively building a referral relationship.
Steward Ally
Ongoing monthly + bonuses
Our highest partner tier — reserved for professionals who consistently refer multiple clients per quarter. 15% recurring commission plus quarterly bonuses for volume milestones.
Requirements:
- 5+ active referred clients
- Quarterly volume review
- 15% recurring monthly commission
- Bonus at 10-client milestone
- Priority access to Signature Steward team
