The Business Model
Transparent commission. You set your rates.
Signature Steward coordinates the client relationship, billing, and follow-up. In exchange, we take a 15% coordination commission from your service total, and collect an $85 coordination fee directly from the client.
You set your own rates. There is no cost to join the network, no monthly fee, and no charge if you don't accept jobs.

Vendor Standards
Network standards are enforced. Here's what's expected.
The network's value to all vendors depends on consistent, reliable service delivery. Standards are measured automatically and enforced uniformly.
Response Requirements
- Reply YES or NO within 15 minutes of receiving a dispatch SMS
- Maintain a minimum 70% job acceptance rate over any 30-day window
- Update job status via SMS keywords throughout each job (ENROUTE, ARRIVED, DONE)
- Notify dispatch immediately if you cannot complete an accepted job
Consequences
- 3 consecutive non-responses → Temporary suspension from dispatch queue · manual review required to reinstate
- Response rate drops below 70% → Automatic dispatch priority downgrade — lowest-ranked in your category
- Accepted job no-show → Immediate suspension pending review · client notified · incident logged
- Client rating drops below 3.5 → Performance review · reinstatement requires documented improvement plan
- Pattern of avoidance → Permanent removal from the vendor network · no reinstatement
Response rates, job completion history, and client ratings are tracked automatically. Vendors are ranked within their category by: response rate → client rating → completed jobs. Higher-performing vendors receive more dispatch requests.
